Sitemap is not crawling beyound index pages

Hi
I am trying this new generator on my localhost. I have a site with no file extensions. It has four folders. I am getting five urls in my sitemap.xml using the php script supplied.
Any idea how to fix this.

please install sitemap generator on a webhost so that we can access it to check this.
