Exclude urls with "?" symbol

Hi everyone!

I have many urls that include the "?" symbol and I would like to exclude them from the sitemap, they contribute nothing. I have tried to include this character in the "Do not follow, do not index" box, but do not obey the order. Do you know what rule I should use so that if I exclude it?
