Request -URI Too Long

Hello,

I now experience a new error message:
"Request-URI Too Long
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server"

Has this error to do with the length of a single URL that cannot be indexed or has it to do with the number of links in the index? Because I am trying to index over two million url's. The time it would take to index indicated was more than seven days. ..?
