I bought this in 2010 and I was too green to understand how it works... Am I eligible for free upgrade?

I am also looking for an upgrade but confused about how to do it as per the instructions under HELP in my generate.

Can someone explain these instructions below a bit better?

If you have previous version of Sitemap Generator already installed, the following steps are required:

    Unpack the contents of distribution archive and upload the following files to the target folder on your server:
        index.php
        all pages/* files

  What link?   I only see instructions as follows (which I don't understand)
