I have a lot of pages which I don't need to be indexed. Many of these are in bbpress (wordpress forums).

1. In this example....

[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Is there a way to exclude any pages which include "?acpage="

2. In this example...

embed?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mysite.com%2Fgrow%2guide-you%2F&format=xml

Is there a way to exclude any pages which include "embed?url="

1. you can add this in Exclude URLs setting:
?acpage=

2. and this:
embed?url=

This way, the first topic will post, but not all the pages of the topic.

...anywhere in it, is there a way to exclude this url?

Similar to the above, you would add this in Exclude URLs setting:
/page/
