No generate the sitemap 406 ERROR

when i crawling instead of generate the sitemap, show this:
Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /generator/index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

in the url is show this There+was+an+error+while+retrieving+the+URL+specified
