Sitemap Generator Forum

the regular sitemap appears to have been generated correctly with 86 pages, but the news sitemap only contains 13 pages.

There are about 60 pages that have been published in the last day. Can you help me determine what might cause this?

sitemap generator compares latest sitemap with previous one to detect new pages. So thos emust be pages that were not included in sitemap before. Is that the case?

Thanks, it appears to be adding more, so I believe that is the issue.

If I would like to "reset" the sitemap, and have it create a sitemap using the entire site, is it as simple as deleting all of the contents of the sitemap file (in my case sitemap.xml)?

Yes, you also need to empty copy of sitemap.xml file in generator/data/ folder.
