I am unable to generate the sitemap, getting following error:

Sometime it works but indexed pages are 0.

Probably there is a configuration problem - it looks like your server doesn't allow local network connections via port 80 (http) - as a result sitemap generator is not able to crawl the site. This is usually related to firewall installed at the host - please contact your hosting support regarding this.

Please also note that sitemap generator can be used for own personal sites only , i.e. it cannot be used to create sitemaps for 3rd party sites or provided as a service (paid or free): https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/license.html (separate licenses need to be purchased for that)

And yes it is our own site sir. So we have used the tool to generate the sitemap.

Please let us know if anything we are missing in configuration to run the tool.
