Sitemap Generator Forum

Hi,

Google for some site shows a directory of the website with prominent promoted links like that:



Just wondering how i can tell Sitemap Generator to tell Google to generate an search result like that.

I run a forum and have specific landing pages / links i want to promote.

Is it Advanced Settings -> Additional "Starting URLs":?

this is called "Sitelinks" and you cannot configure it (only remove some of them):
[ External links are visible to logged in users only ]

thank you for clarification on Google. That helped a lot.

So "starting URLs" in XML Sitemap generator are used for what? Alternative domains? Subdomains?

Only as another point where generator bot will crawl the pages (if there are pages that cannot be found from the main starting url).
