the sitemap_news.xml have the title field empty, which html tags are the the crawler using ?

Hi,

I have see that the tag title in the head section of the html page is corrrectly set, but I still have the  <news:title></news:title> empty.
How can I solve this problem ?

You can try to remove news sitemap (both from domain root and generator/data/ folder) and recreate it.

Hi,

I have the same problem. The title tag is set and I removed news sitemap and recreated it further times as described here.
What can I do now?

Additonal:

What's about the news_keywords tag? Isn't it used in your script?

Hello,

make sure that URLs in news sitemap do not match "Add directly in sitemap" setting (in this case they are not fetched from the server and will not have titles). Also, you need to have html sitemap option enabled.

news_keywords is not used.
