New pages not being indexed in sitemaps

Hi,
I have a sitemap already on my site & just uploaded 3,000 extra pages. When I run the sitemap it only indexes the existing pages prior to the big upload.
Any ideas?

could you please PM me  an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
