We have purchased the XML sitemap tool.
The issues that we are facing with the tool:
We’re able to setup the tool in one of our environments, and when we run job it’s taking a long time. It’s more than 3 days and still running (at depth level 5). It never generated the Sitemap as it’s continues to run.
At times we noticed the process failing with memory issues, and we increased the memory to 4 gigs.
We are planning to go live (for full national) in couple of weeks and this is critical to have the sitemaps tool setup that generates the Sitemap XMLs on a daily basis. We appreciate your quick response & help to resolve our issues.
