I hope this can be an easy fix...

I have installed the latest version of XML-Sitemap Generator to my domain but upon running the crawl, the following error message appeared and I do not seem to be able to get around it:

There was an error while retrieving the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

I'm not sure if this is an error coming from my hosting provider, Cloudflare, CDN from T3 Total Cache or otherwise.

Hello,

looks like your site blocks access from own server (perhaps blocked with cloudflare), please make sure that your server's IP is whitelisted to allow access.

I have white listed IPs both in my .htaccess and also Cloudflare panels but to no effect.

Would it be possible for more assistance or for anyone to look into this problem?

do you still get "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden" error? That would mean that generator bot is still blocked.

Would there be anything that would be causing this to be blocked?

From the "set-cookie: __cfduid" header it seems to be blocked by cloudflare.
