crawl multiple domains with the stand alone generator

we have 3 different domains which are hosted on the same server. We purchased a license of the standalone generator, but I see in the config you have to specify one domain to be crawled. Is there a way to schedule crawls for domains?

sitemap generator should be installed separately for each website.
