most pages not being added to sitemap

Everything was working fine until a few days ago.

Now, most of my product pages are not being added to sitemap.

We have 3 languages. for /pt, the default language, all products are being added, but for /es and /en only a handful of products are being added

I've got the same issue.
My previous sitemap contains over 40,000 links, but now there are only 2,000 urls.
I've change and restore some settings and restart crawling, but it seems not working yet.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
