not picking up all pages/products

I have an online store and the sitemap generator never picks up the product pages - it only lists the blog, the categories and the pages. I have even tried creating an index page of all the products and it only lists that page. HELP! I am running 6.1

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
