Sitemap Generator Forum

Hi There,

I have a strange issue with the latest XML Sitemaps version. I added a few strings to "Exclude URLs":
.css
action.php
/favorites/

The .css + action.php are picked up and url's with these strings do not get added to the sitemap as expected, but the URL's with /favorites/ as string in it, still get added to the sitemap.

I cannot leave the slashes /  out because I will also exclude other type of urls.

Does anyone know about this? Or is there a work around available?

you can try to remove the leading slash only:
favorites/
