Cron setup problems.

Hi,

When my host are trying to setup cron, I get the following error mesage;

Could not open input file: cprocessmsgs.php

Hello,

what is the command line you use for cron task?
cprocessmsgs.php file is not a part of generator script.

My hosts tell me that runcrawl is encrypted, and will not run.

Hello,

it is not encrypted. It is required to run runcrawl.php to start the cron task.

It is confirmed to be working fine on many servers so there should be no issues.
