ROR.XML Feed Title and Description Not Included

I just realized that the ror.xml file can be used as an RSS feed so I've utilized it. However, when viewed on a feed reader and the code itself, items don't have titles and descriptions which other xml feeds have. 

Can XML-Sitemap be reprogrammed to automate inclusion of EXACT page titles and descriptions in ror.xml the way blog platforms automatically generate their xml feeds?

Thanks for taking a look at this and hopefully improving this feature.
