I think that you have forgot to replace commas "," by "%2C" when the sitemap is generated...

Can you correct this ASAP ?

And does the comma should be formated in UTF-8 ?

yes, and this character should be "urlencoded" in HTML document accordingly.
Sitemap Generator encodes entities in xml sitemaps as described in [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]
