Not creating sitemap

When I try to create a sitemap, it goes through the second link depth then stops. No error. I have waited for over an hour hoping it would pick up rebuilding sitemap but no luck.

The site name is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]. If you need the generator login/password, please advise how to do it.
