why is it making pages as sitemap?

Why is it showing pages as sitemap.xml?

No    Broken Link (Code 404)    Referred from
1    about/sitemap.xml    about/   
2    faq/sitemap.xml    faq/

it is a long list but i could not include all and you are not open for attachments
