Sitemap Generator Forum

I have just purchased the Unlimited Sitemap Generator and I started the Crawling service in order to generate the sitemap instantly.
Then I moved over to another tab and forgot to set up the parameter to have it create the sitemap in the background.
Well I then went back and restarted the creation of the sitemap with the background creation checked.
Then I wanted to go back to the Configuration tab but since then all i locked.
I can't even reach the myurl.se/generator page anymore.
After a long time I get this error message in the browser:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@gagneffiske.se and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

How can I solve this?

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

What is your recommended max_execution_time and memory_limit?

Another thing, yesterday I set up a passord protection to reach the generator administration but now the password seem corrupt or something because I can't log in using the one I choosed yesterday. How can I retrieve this in order to log in again?

you can try 9000 seconds and 512M correspondingly.
