updating my sitemap

I have a sitemap now but have added some pages. Do I:
a. make a new sitemap and upload it including the new pages and and leave the other one in place too?

b. Upload the new one and delete the old one?

c. Ammend the old one to include the new pages?

you should make new sitemap and overwrite old one.
