I just installed the script and did a few crawls and tried changing the configuration options, but I still get the error

The online version of XML sitemap generator works perfectly, but not the v5.0 standalone script that was purchased. The online bot simulator works too. Please reply my PM asap, thank you!

Replied to your PM. Changing starting URL from non-www to www domain seemed to help.
