Doesn't index more than 25 pages

Hi,

I've setup and configured as best I can. However, despite crawling 75 pages, it has never returned more than 25 pages in the index.

What setting have I got wrong?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
