looks like you have defined incorrect entry in "Exclude URLs" or in "Do not parse" setting.

Are these not allowed in exclude urls:

/*?
/?s=

The setting is defined as PHP preg_replace format, like:
/.*\?.*
/.*\?
/\?s=
