Sitemap Generator Forum

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with your product. I purchased the generator last week and I can not get it to work on my web site. I have followed all instructions but when I go to "crawling" it "crawls" until I stop it -- I let it go 14 hours over the weekend and nothing was written to any of my xml files. It is clearly getting "held up" on something but I can not figure out what. I have looked thru this forum and I see a lot of people have the same problem. I have increased the memory limit, the max execution time and the max input time as is suggested in some of these posts. It did not work. I have used this program before on a different web site of a similar size and had absolutely no problems.  I need this to work ASAP -- every minute it does not my site maps are down and I am losing traffic on my site. Please advise.
