Sitemap Generator Forum

[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] only has 1 link generated.  It is just the main page.  I have all of the pages in the folder [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ].  It should be 200-300 pages.  Any ideas why?  I paid for the full version.

your top navigation menu is handled with javascript (DHTML/iemenu.js file) hence not visible to crawlers. You need to have an html link pointing to every menu item on your site (<a href="">) to get all pages indexed.

So how do I have a html link pointing to every other html link? 
1) Is this done on index.html?
2) Can I create a page with a link to everything but put it in the same directory as index.html?
3)  My html is rusty.  How do you use th ref again?

I would recommend point 2), i.e. create a separate html file with just links to menu pages and use that file as Starting URL for generator.
