if you have changes the path for html sitemap, you would need to create empty files with those names manually in domain root folder and set 0666 permissions for them, then it should work fine. Otherwise you can use default html sitemap path (pointing to generator/data/) and it will be stored without further changes, since data/ folder is writable (later you can move html sitemap files from data/ to domain root).
