Which one is better to inform googlebots between checking box at Standalone Generator and resubmit sitemap at Webmaster Tools?

Hello,

you should submit sitemap in webmaster tool *one time* and keep "ping" checkbox enabled,, so that generator inform search engines every time sitemap is updated.
