Sitemap generator stops at only 1100 pages out of 50K+

I have the latest version of Sitemap Generator (V5). It used to work just fine, but a month ago when we usually have the scheduled crawling, it listed only 1100 or so pages and finished as if the job was done. I tried to change different configuration settings, but it didn't help. We have depth level at 0, 256Mb memory limitation, etc. No changes to PHP configuration were made, but the sitemap generator stopped working as it used to. All previous crawlings listed more than 50,000 pages. Now all crawling list only around 1100 pages. The main portion of the website is phpBB.

Your help is greatly appreciated. Please let me know what other information you need from me.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
