Not crawling entire site?

INstalled the generator a few weeks ago on a fairly large site. ~70,000 pages I believe.

Crawls and adds to site map ~1800?

Any ideas?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
