Exclude URLs not working

Hi,
I have configured the Exclude URLs but still I get a sitemap with the urls that I excluded. For example I excluded "winkel/"

And I my sitemap I found:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

You allready have the admin in a pm for another topic:
https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/forum/index.php/topic,6390.html
