Sitemap Generator Forum

Just a small question.

If I have links on my pages pointing to external sites, does the generator put them in the xml file and follow the links ?

If so, is there a way of making it "stay within the domain" ?

I ask as the generator seems to "stick" for a VERY long timee on the pages with these links.

sitemap generator never includes links from external domains in sitemap and it only  fetches pages from the same domain as "Starting URL".
