Error creating XML Sitemap

I have been unable to figure out why I can not create a sitemap for this website: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]. Every time that I try to get one created "Error" comes up. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is occurring? Thanks in advance for your help!!

Helllo,

try to use domain.com as Starting URL instead of [ External links are visible to logged in users only ].
