Sitemap Generator Forum

I use MSN TV for my internet. I have website that I want to get a sitemap for but I cannot make one because I DO use MSN TV. (formerly web tv).

I was wondering, if I pay for install help would they do it for me? would I have to do anything? I know nothing about sitemaps but due to the fact my site is a "message board" I thought it would be logical to have one.
