Hello.

In the current version of the sitemap generator the search engines will be pinged after a sitemap is created, even if there are no changes in links in the sitemap. Is it possible to ping the search engine's only after something is changed in the sitemap, such as new links added or old links removed from the sitemap, why ping a search engine when nothing changes?

it won't hurt to submit sitemap without changes, but this sounds like a good suggestion for a new option, we will add it in next version of sitemap generator.
