Unable to lod sitemap

I am using step by step but in FileZilla generator.zip will show up only in the filename not in local site and will not open, when I upload to web site it just puts an unopen type of file can not be used?

Hello,

you should click the link sent to you in email to download generator.zip file, and select "Save as" to store on your computer. Then unpack the file contents and continue installation as described in guide.
