Sitemap Generator Forum

I see 756 broken links; Broken Link (Code 404)  , but when i click on them they all work for me.    Why is it doing that?

what is an example broken link reported (both source page and target page)

Its on my forums but I think i figured it out, it think it was because i changed the "friendly Url" options?

But here is an example:

How do i remove broken links and how do i download the xml, it always saves it as a .gz at the end and my file is .xml any suggestions?

well the problem im having is that its not taking into consideration that for example, look at this broken link..

notice how its not getting the /forums in the broken link. why is that? There are  762 broken links. Can you tell me at least how to remove the broken links from the site map, they are going directly into google and i do not want to be sending google broken links..

don't you have a "showthread.php/1339-Happy-Easter" link on that page (you can check it in html source of the page)?

my site is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

but the forums are at [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] everyday more and more links are showing as broken when in fact they are not, can you tell me how to fix this as im stating to think i wasted my money buying this software, do you expect me to send google a site map with 770 broken links? thats just ridiculous and a waste of time and money...

looks like "canonical URLs" are incorrect on your site, on [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] page you have:
   <link rel="canonical" href="showthread.php/261-How-many-of-you-exercise" />
while it should be full link:
   <link rel="canonical" href="[ External links are visible to logged in users only ]" />

You can disable "canonical urls" support in generator config, but I'd recommend to fix canonicals instead.
