Unlimited Sitemap without FTP

Is it possible to set up the unlimited sitemap the same way I would for the free version online?
My site has over 500 pages but I do not have FTP access.

Hello,

the script needs to be installed on your server (php support is required), you might be able to upload files using your hosting control panel.
