Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.
(current setting for memory_limit seems to be 32M, try 64M instead)

memory_limit always has been 64M
max_execution_time - increased from 30 to 45, it didn't help
Sitemap was running fine with ver3 before, at it is small site, just several pages

Please try increasing it to 128M.

Why is would need 128MB if site contains only 10 pages?
There is really something wrong thee in the code.

you have a link to flv file on your site, so I've added "flv" to excluded extensions list and it works now.
