problem with large joomla site only 45 indexed (new Version)

Hello,

I am using the standalone site-map generator and cannot seem to get the config correct. (even after trying some of the forum fixes here) to parse more than 47 pages?

Any help would be appreciated

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
