Not indexing all the pages of my site

I used the free version to create the sitemap and it only indexed about 40 pages of the 400+ pages of my site.  Any reason why?  How can I get the full site map?  Mine is a joomla website.

What is an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached, starting from homepage?
