Suppose that I want to use one installation of the sitemap generator script. This installation will go on domain A.

Suppose that I have 1000 domains that I want to index (build sitemap as HTML), and I want to put the HTML sitemap files all on domain A. So domain A will contain but sitemap links to 1000 domains. So now I can tell the search engines to parse domain A and use domain A to build links to the other 1000 domains.

Is this possible? I want to use the xml-sitemap script kind of like a search engine spider that uses NO mySQL backend. :)

Hello,

since sitemaps protocol doesn't allow to include URLs from different domains in the same sitemap, sitemap generator will not include all of them, and separate sitemaps will need to be created.
