Google says "Missing XML tag"

I have three Drupal sites and used your tool to generate all three sitemaps.
Google accepted two of them but gave me an error on the third one - "Missing XML tag This required tag is missing. Please add it and resubmit."

I need to resolve this but I don't understand what happened - any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the sitemap URL that results in an error?

You should remove this meta tag from your pages:
<meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow" />

You should regenerate sitemap after that.
