I demand refund immediately

I bought the sitemap generator unlimited. But now then it tells me to upload to server to use it. Your website never said it's a script. Its not a software that can be run online. Initially I thought it's unlimited generator via your website. But now it seems totally different. Please refund me ASAP. I can't even use it cause I don't have server to upload. When buying it never said that I will need a server to upload etc. etc. So, I demand full refund or else I have to contact AMEX for refund of software which does not work without server install.
