File not downloading properly

When I copy the link into a browser and try to download it stays at 0% - please help!! ??? ??? ??? ???

I just tried your download link and it worked for me, may be that was a temporary issue - can you please try again?

I just tried it and it works now. I followed the installation guide and all seemed to work fine with copying the files to thew website.
However when I try to access the sitemap generator the website appears but with a page not found and the various links are displayed and then at other times nothing appears.
Can you help. I am very new to this so need help!!
