ror.xml file has empty titles

My ror.xml file has empty titles for all of my pages. I looked at a couple of samples and I do have title tags, inside of the <head></head> tags, so I'm not sure what the issue may be.

what is your sitemap URL/example link with no title in sitemap?

I have the same issue.  Tried on two different Linux with two different PHP 5 versions.

In addition, the 'description' element is only present in the first item element.  The live demo printed descriptions for each item where there was one — same source URL.
