Sitemap Generator Forum

Hi the rss feed plugin works well, but on some urls it scans/converts it seems to mess up with multiple date references.. eg [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] - if you scroll down to the bottom you get the following..

(see attachment image)

It does a similar thing on other random urls. Any help would be useful.. thanks.

Those are the entries with empty title. This might happen in case if you have limited the "Depth level" setting or some pages match "Add URLs directly" setting in generator configuration.

Thanks for the fast feedback - but alas I cannot find this reference to "Add URLs directly" in the latest version ? Will there be any chance of this issue with the rss plugin been removed from future versions ?

I have looked at the returned RSS XML in more details and has entries like this..

<item>
   <title></title>
   <link>[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]</link>
   <description></description>
   <pubDate>Mon, 12 Nov 2012 16:25:42 +0000</pubDate>
</item>

The actual page for this item example, url [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] - seems fine, it has a title and a description field, but the rss xml entry as shown above has them blank.
